Explore the Blekinge Archipelago by kayak
Welcome to the southernmost archipelago in Sweden. Rent a sea kayak in Svalemåla, between Ronneby and Karlshamn, and explore the Blekinge Archipelago at your own pace.
We offer both single and double kayaks for day trips or multi-day adventures. Our kayaks are launched right from the shore, making it easy to get out on the water.
Svalemåla Kayak Rental
Our kayak rental is located right by the beach in Svalemåla, between Ronneby and Karlshamn. From here you have direct access to islands, sheltered inlets and open stretches of coastline.
We have 12 sea kayaks for hire – a mix of single and double kayaks – and one sit-on-top kayak. All necessary equipment is included in the price:
- Paddle and life jacket
- Spray skirt
- 1 laminated nautical chart / group
- Safety kit (paddle float and bilge pump)
You can add any extra equipment you need – such as camping gear, drybags or hammock tents – when you make your reservation.
Kayaks are usually picked up from 08:00 or later and returned by sunset. You choose your preferred start time when making your booking.
Add camping gear & hammock tents
Turn your paddle trip into a mini–expedition by adding camping equipment to your booking. We rent out quality gear such as tents, sleeping mats, stoves and lighting, packed and ready to go.
You can also try a Helsdon Hammock tent – a hammock with a flat sleeping surface, where you can sleep on your back, side or stomach. It sets up between two trees in just a couple of minutes and gives you great views of the sea and islands.
Book your basic camping package first, then upgrade to a hammock tent as an add-on if you want to try it instead of a traditional tent.
ARK56 – routes through the Blekinge Archipelago
